mac 端安装 easyconnect 失败

之前安装一直能用的，今天换了另一个公司的sslvpn 重新安装不成功，也连不上了。

测试之前公司的 sslvpn 也不成功。

安装easy connect时显示 “安装器遇到了一个错误 导致安装失败”。

求解决，很着急

操作系统：mac osx 10.12

首先要确认你现在连接的设备是什么版本的，很可能要给设备打上支持mac10.12的补丁包，在社区里面可以搜索到相关补丁包的说明和下载链接，，，真佩服你 这么晚了还在用功哈

系统版本：10.12
如果VPN的版本是M6.3-M7.1，需要打补丁：20160926_sangfor--MacOS10.12_SP.ssu
如果版本低于M6.3，VPN需要先升级。

10.12的系统是新出的，是要打补丁的，6.3以下需要升级再打补丁，以上的则可以直接打

您好 上面“你猜啊”说的有道理，同一台电脑 换了设备就无法正常安装了，说明设备之间是有差异的，初步判断 很可能是目前连接的这台设备没有打上支持mac10.12的补丁包导致的，可以按照“adds”给的补丁包相关说明 给设备先打上补丁再测试的
